IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S REPORT SHERIFF EARNIE BLACKLEY

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on October 25, Tommy Powell, age 25 of Royal, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for breaking or entering. Powell's bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of November 19 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 27, Stephen D. Loosey, age 31 of Jordan, was arrested by Trooper Lively for driving on a suspended driver's license and open container. Loosey's bond was given an OR bond with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 28, Kenneth E. Stephenson, age 55 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for domestic battery. Stephenson's bond was set at $1,00 and a court date of November 5 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 28, Matthew J. Olson, age 49 of Melbourne, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for disorderly conduct. Olson's bond was set at $220 with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 28, Doye Wharton, age 61 of Vilonia, was arrested by Trooper Lively for possession of a controlled substance. Wharton's bond was set at $2,070 with a court date of November 19 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 29, Teresa Ann Lawrence, age 52 of Norfork, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson for petition to revoke probation. Lawrence was given a $150,000 bond and a pending court date in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 29, Robert Dale Mannon, age 37 of Newport, was arrested by Trooper Lively for possession of a controlled substance. Mannon's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of November 19 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 30, Jeffery Wallace Fortner, age 29 of Gasville, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for failure to pay fines. Fortner's bond was set at $1,145 with a court date of November 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 30, Michael Breedlove, age 52 of Sidney, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for domestic battery 2nd degree, two counts of domestic battery 3rd degree, and violation of a protection order. Breedlove's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of November 19 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On October 31, Kristine Lyons, age 61 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of traffic offenses. Lyons' bond was set at $610 with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court.

On October 31, Daniel Aaron Killian, age 44 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and careless/prohibited driving. Killian's bond was set at $990 with a court date of November 21 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 1, Daniel Leo Pierce, age 37 of Cherokee Village, was arrested by Chief Deputy Charles Melton on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Pierce's bond was set at $540 with a court date of November 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On November 2, Edwin Ben Teegarden, age 47 of Dolph, was arrested by Trooper Lively on a warrant from Ripley County Missouri for failure to pay child support. Teegarden is awaiting extradition to Ripley County.

On November 2, Matthew Dwayne Sutterfield, age 45 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant out of District Court for failure to appear and a warrant out of Circuit Court for failure to appear. Sutterfield has no bond for Circuit Court and his court date is November 19. His bond in District Court was set at $1,540 with a court date of November 21.

On November 2, Christopher Outler, age 41 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for criminal trespass. Outler's bond was set at $220 with a court date in the Izard County District Court of December 10.
