IZARD COUNTY REPORT SHERIFF EARNIE BLACKLEY

According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, on November 30, Melissa Dean Williams, age 46 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated. Williams' bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On December 2, Herbert Howell, age 52 of Salem, was arrested by Deputy Richard Williams on a warrant for failure to appear. Howell's bond was set at $500 and a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court. Howell also has a hold out of Baxter County.

On December 2, Hunter Ty Peifer, age 20 of Tuckerman, was arrested by Probation/Parole Officer Josh Morehead on probation violations. Peifer was held with no bond.

On December 3, Russell Wilber Blevins, age 54 of Violet Hill was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers on a warrant for failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and furnishing prohibited articles. Blevins was not given a bond on the failure to appear. Blevins' bond on the other charges was set at $20,000 with a court date on all the charges of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit.

On December 3, Brandie Leigh Lyons, age 33 of Violet Hill, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers for maintaining a drug premises, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lyon's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court. Lyons was also served with a parole violation warrant with no bond and a pending hearing date.  

On December 3, Matthew Brinkley, age 23 of Salem, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brinkley's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On December 3, Alicia Nicole Peevey, age 32 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers on a warrant for probation violations. Peevey was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. Peevey was not given a bond on the warrant for probation violations. Peevey's bond was set at $5,000 with a court date for both warrants of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On December 3, Sharleen Ann Johnston, age 58 of Brockwell, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers for public intoxication. Johnston's bond was set at $220 with a court date of February 4, 2020 in the Izard County District Court.

On December 3, Hunter Vance Townsley, age 21 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Townsley also had a warrant out the Izard County District Court for contempt of court. Townsley's bond was set at $2,370 with a court date of January 9, 2020 in the Izard County District Court.

On December 3, Tiffanie Lynn Bookout, age 48 of Wiseman, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for public intoxication. Bookout was given an OR bond and a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.

On December 5, Michael Henry, age 37 of Greenbriar, was arrested by Deputy Austin Grayham on warrants for failure to pay fines and failure to appear. Henry was given an OR bond with a court date of January 7, 2020.

On December 6, Joseph Lee, age 35 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers on a warrant for failure to appear. Lee was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lee's bond on the failure to appear was set at $1,225 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court. On the drug charge, Lee's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On December 6, Jennifer Lee Eddy, age 33 of Ash Flat, was arrested by Izard County Deputies, Agents with the Drug Task Force, and Probation/Parole Officers for criminal trespass. Eddy was not given a bond and has a court date of January 9, 2020 in the Izard County District Court.

On December 6, Laiken Nicole Branscum, age 28 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson on a warrant for breaking or entering and theft. Branscum's bond was set at $2,000 with a court date of December 17 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On December 6, Devlin Macrae Bookout, age 47 of Wiseman, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for improper use of vehicle registration, no proof of insurance, failure to pay vehicle registration, and driving on a suspended license. Bookout was given an OR bond with a court date of January 9, 2020 in the Izard County District Court.

On December 6, Bobby Wayne Napier, age 30 of Salem, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, and a warrant out of Fulton County. Napier was given a $1,870 bond out of Izard County with a court date of January 10, 2020 in the Izard County District Court. Napier was given and bond and court date for Fulton County as well.

On December 6, Larry Branscum was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a warrant for failure to appear. Branscum's bond was set at $500 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

 

On December 7, Don Wayman Smith, age 68 of Floral, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for harassment. Smith's bond was set at $500 with a court date of December 12 in the Izard County District Court.
