According to Chief Deputy Charles Melton, on January 7, officers with ACC Probation/Parole along with Izard County Deputies and officer with the 16th District Drug Task Force conducted a home visit at a residence of William Thomas Stanton, age 27, and Codi Elizabeth Schales, age 27, on Knob Creek Rd. in Melbourne close to the Belview Church. Stanton and Schales are both under supervision with ACC. During the home visit methamphetamine and syringes were located. As a result, Stanton and Schales were charged possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises near a drug free zone. Both also have a hold for ACC. Stanton's and Schales' bond was set at $25,000 with a court date of January 14 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 9, Carson Wayne Rainwater, age 19 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Brent Engles for failure to stop or yeild, DWI, and possession of alcohol by a minor. Once at the jail, Rainwater began to throw water and food on jail staff and deputies. As a result, Rainwater was charged with harassment and assault. On the traffic offenses Rainwater's bond was set at $1,310 with a court date of February 4 in the Izard County District Court. On the other charges his bond was set at $2,000 with a court date of January 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 11, Daniel Wayne Dwight, age 30 of Dolph, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Dwight was given an OR bond with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 11, Jimmie Lee Gillaspie, age 24 of Bexar, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith, for driving left of center, failure to stop or yield, no proof of insurance, and DWI. Gillaspie's bond was set at $1,405 with a court date of February 4 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 11, Joseph Michael Hutton, age 38 of Thayer MO, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for a warrant for failure to pay fines, Hutton's bond was set at $500 with a court date of February 4 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 12, Tyler Wayne Stowers, age 20 of Dolph, was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for speeding, driving left of center, fleeing, and DWI. Stowers' bond was set at $2,280 with a court date of February 20 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 12, Christopher Shane Oliver, age 19 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested by Deputy Brent Engles for failure to stop or yield, driving on a suspended license, and DWI. Oliver was given a bond of $200 with a court date of February 4 in the Izard County District Court.
