A Salesville, Arkansas man has been charged in Izard County for the possession/manufacturing of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and delivering that substance. David Michael Fiss, age 20 was arrested April 29 on those charges and the additional charge of failure to pay fines. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Fiss was living in the Calico Rock area at the time he committed the alleged offense. Circuit Judge Tim Weaver set bond at $100,000. Fiss remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of bond according to Sheriff Lawrence. The arrest of Fiss was made possible by a coordinated effort between the Izard County Sheriff |
