Formal charges have been brought against Clayton Lynch, age 22 of Melbourne relating to his earlier arrest involving a physical altercation and the use of a lawn light as the weapon in the stabbing of the victim. The victim, Sean Savage of Melbourne underwent eye surgery in a Little Rock hospital. Lynch is charged with battery second degree, a class “d” felony. Lynch posted bond in the amount of $5,000 and scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for Randy Lee Guiltner, age 41 of Sidney. Guiltner is charged with forgery second degree, a class “c” felony; and theft by deception, a class “b” felony. Guiltner is accused to obtaining an advance from a local lumber company in the amount of $3,500 based on a timber contract that was a forgery. Guiltner is expected to turn himself in to authorities this week and post a $10,000 bond.
Richard Mcqouirk of Melbourne and Billy Jo Powell of Calico Rock were charged October 27 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Both are accused of taking a vehicle and subsequently wrecking the vehicle. They were earlier charged with alcohol related offense and numerous traffic violation. Both remain in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Diego Valdivia, age 19 if Salem, one of two recently charged in the Salem murder of Jesus Meza has been transferred from the lockup facility in Fulton County to the Izard County Detention Facility. His accomplish, Jorge Gonzalez, age 41 of Salem was earlier detained in Izard County. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that two other individuals charged with murder are also housed in Izard County. Richard Gordon has been incarcerated in Izard County since early September as the result of another Fulton County murder and Donald Dickey of Calico Rock has been housed in the Izard County Detention Facility since his arrest in late July following a fire at the home of his estranged wife and her death.
Amber Dawn Wilson, age 32 of Melbourne was arrested October 27 for public intoxication-drugs . According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Wilson became unruly while she and her two children were riding in the vehicle of an acquaintance. The acquaintance drove to the sheriff’s office where Wilson tested positive for marijuana and meth, and failed a field sobriety test. Wilson’s release from jail the following day was delayed several hours because she remained impaired. Wilson eventually was allowed to post bond in the amount of $205 and was released.
David Lee Ohler, age 45 of Evening Shade was arrested October 28 for driving on a suspended license. Ohler posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $605 and was released.
Randall Chad Walker, age 43 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested October 25 on the charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license. Walker posted bond the following day in the amount of $605 and was released.
