Bryan Lane Thomas

A Dolph man who was wanted in connection with recent thefts and a bond revocation was arrested Sunday afternoon. Bryan Lane Thomas, age 30 was charged with felony theft of property, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony failure to appear, and misdemeanor theft of property. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Thomas’ wife was earlier charged with the theft of property charges in the same case involving family members and others. Bryan Thomas remains in the Izard County Dentition Facility in lieu of bond.

Steven William Chute, age 21 of Dolph was arrested November 10th on the charge of domestic battering third degree. Chute posted bond Sunday on the charges in the amount of $1,500 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Anthony Michael Knierim, age 33 of Norfork was arrested around midnight Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding. Knierim was released Sunday from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting in the amount of $1,230.

Danny Gene Franks, Jr., age 34 of Melbourne was arrested Friday on criminal contempt of charges. Franks posted bond in the amount of $250 and was released with a court date.

Bobby Ray Eddy, age 43 of Melbourne was arrested November 8 on hot check charges. Eddy appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on Tuesday and was released with a court date.

Benjamin Jacob Hinds, age 28 of Oxford was arrested Friday on felony failure to appear. Hinds remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond.

Kristi Ann Lane, age 38 of Oxford was arrested November 10th on a misdemeanor Lawrence County warrant. Failing to post an $800 cash bond, Lange was transported by Lawrence County authorities to Walnut Ridge.
