A Dolph man who was earlier arrested on drug related charges and jailed faces additional drug charges following a search of his residence on Dickerson Lane in Dolph.  Steven Wayne Marshall was charged October 27, while incarcerated, with two class “d” felonies: possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Marshall remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a parole/probation hold.

Peter Eugene Pierce, age 56 of Melbourne  was arrested Friday at a mini storage in Mt. Pleasant following a call to the sheriff’s department from his ex-mother in law who stated that Pierce initiated a verbal altercation.  Pierce was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment and was ordered held in the Izard County Detention Facility until the November 3 District Court date.

James Andrew Adolp Patscheck, age 31 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested October 25 on charges of public intoxication and assault 1st degree.  According to Izard County Deputy Phil Story,  Patscheck  and his sister , Jerrijean Danielson, had been walking along state highway 69, when according to Danielson, Patscheck started an argument about personal matters and when she tried to walk away from him he grabbed her, shoved her to the ground, punched her in the face and rubbed her face in the ground. Danielson was transported by ambulance to White River Medical Center in Batesville and Patscheck was transported to the Izard County Detention Facility. Patscheck posted bond October 27 in the amount of $1,000 and was released.

An Oxford man, fifty three year old Donald R. Lee was arrested October 25 on the criminal trespass after a neighbor lady complained that Lee came to her house creating a disturbance and using dirty language around her small children and returned to her house some two hours later behaving in the same manner.  Lee posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $205 and given a court date.

Jeffery Don Hairrell, age 44 of Violet Hill was arrested Saturday afternoon on the charge of domestic battering third degree. Hairrell is accused of physically throwing his wife over furniture in the home.  Hairrell remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Steven Bennett Meek, age 53 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Friday after drug items were located in a common area where Meek and other live.  Meek is on a probation hold pending charges.

Dan Lewis Tait, age 61 of Guion was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving, and operating a vehicle without insurance.  These charges are the result of earlier motor vehicle accident. Tait was released following a court appearance the day of his arrest. 

George B. Tunnicliff, age 47 of Dolph was arrested Thursday on a child support enforcement warrant.  Tunnicliff remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $22,266 bond.
