A man and woman pair was arrested Thursday after accused of taking items from a mobile home in Calico Rock.  According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, the two were seen taking the items by the owner of home and later identified some of the items in the vehicle that she followed as was able to stop. Bobby Paul Gilley, age 25 of 211 Estes Heights, Pineville and Stephanie Marie Richardson, age28 of the same address were each charged with breaking or entering, a class “ “ felony and theft of property, a class “a” misdemeanor . Both posted bond the following day in the amount of $5,000, given a date in Izard County Circuit Court, and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Eric Douglas Gunter, age 33 of Calico Rock was arrested Thursday night on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, careless and prohibited driving, driving on a suspended license, fleeing , and refusal to submit to a chemical test.  Gunter remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,770 bond and a Baxter County hold with a bond amount of $270.

When responding to a compliant of loud music coming around midnight Friday coming from an apartment at 184 Lunen Street in Melbourne, the intoxicated occupant of the apartment said he would turn down the music after being told to do so several times. Ricky Wayne Willis was also told that he would be arrested should he leave his apartment. Willis exited his apartment as Deputy Rick Hill was leaving the call and proceeded to walk across the street. Hill, age 60 was arrested on the charge of public intoxication and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility subject to a bond in the amount of $205.

Jason E. Owens, age 27 of Calico Rock was incarcerated from Izard County Circuit Court on April 23 to serve a three day sentence for contempt of court.  During booking into the Izard County Detention Facility, Owens tested positive for marijuana and methamphetamine. Owens completed his sentence on April 26 and was released.

Jamey Carroll Dockins, age 35 of Oxford was arrested Saturday on a parole violation and is being held on possible drug related charges as well as a hold by the department of correction. A companion, Nicole Jacinda Falgout, age 44 also of Oxford was arrested for non-payment of child support and also remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Brian Eugene Gray, age 40 of Pleasant Plains was arrested April 23 on two outstanding Izard County warrants; one for failure to appear and one for failure to pay fines.  Gray remains incarcerated in lieu of $1,415 bond.

While appearing in Izard County District Court on Thursday, Brayden Conyers, age 22 of Melbourne was arrested on an outstanding Independence County theft of property warrant. Conyers posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $760 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
