Randell Eugene Wisham, age 54 of 1366 Spring Hill Road, Violet Hill was arrested November 13 and at his home and is being held on an investigative hold. Wisham was found to be in possession of a firearm and being a convicted felon he is not allowed to have a firearm in is possession. Other charges against Wisham are likely according to Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence. 

Travis Dean Armistead, age 40 of Jordan was arrested November 11 on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Armistead appeared before District Judge David E Miller the following day, given a court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Kenton Max Johnson, age 51 of Pineville was arrested November 11 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Senior Deputy Gabe Sanders responded to Sanders Supply in Pineville in response to call stating that a truck on the property with people around it acting suspicious. Sanders ran his K-9 partner around the vehicle and the dog alerted to the presence of drugs. A bag of a green leafy substance was found in the vehicle along with two soda cans with a white substance on them. A small smoking pipe was on Johnson’s person along with other drug related items. Johnson was released the day of his arrest after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller and was given a court date.

Maurice Jordan Moser, age 22 of Pearl Drive in Mt. Pleasant was arrested November 14 on the charge of domestic battering third degree.  The charges stem from an argument Moser and the mother of his daughter got in to relating to money owed on a car and issues of custody of their child. It was also alleged that Moser took money from the purse of the mother’s friend. Moser also is alleged to have sprayed mace into her face. Moser remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending an appearance before a judge

 Mary Kristine Lester, age 25 of Calico Rock was arrested around midnight November 8 on the charges of driving while intoxicated. Lester posed bond the following day in the amount of $1000, given a December 19 court date and released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Debra Marie Wilson, age 55 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested November 14 on three counts of theft by deception.  Wilson is accused of writing checks on a closed account. Wilson posted bond the day of her arrest in the amount of $200 cash, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a court date.

Thomas Albert Branscum, age 33 of Calico Rock was arrested November 14 on the charges of theft of property by deception, which is a class “a” misdemeanor .Branscum  posted a $1405 bond the day of his arrest, was released, and given a December 18 court date.

Jerry Thomas Dickerson, age 43 of Horseshoe Bend was transported November 12 to the Arkansas Department of Correction to serve prison time as was Christopher Carey Sanders, age 35 of Salem.
