WESLEY GRANT BRAY KENNETH CHARLES EVERETT
Wesley Grant Bray, age 24 Pineville was arrested Friday May 6 on felony warrant charges of commercial burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, and terroristic threatening. The charges stem from Bray entering a female’s home while she was sleeping. Bray was armed with a knife, pepper spray, plastic arm restraints. The victim was able to leave the house but was chased by Bray down Main Street in Calico Rock. Bray was carrying plank he picked up during the chase. Bray remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $35,000 cash bond set by District Judge David ;E. Miller
A Horseshoe Bend man was charged May 13 with felony domestic battery following a compliant by a third party and a subsequent investigation by Deputy Toby Smith. The live- in female stated that Kenneth Charles Everett hit her in the eye, bit her arm, was verbally abusive, stole her medication, and hid her phone. The female victim is 77 years old while Everett is 51, and according to Sheriff Tate Lawrence if a domestic victim is more than 60 years old, the charge of domestic battery is a class C felony instead of a misdemeanor. Everett remains in the Izard County Detention in lieu of a $20,000 set by District Judge David E. Miller.
Jason Matthew Sheedy, age 33 of Ash Flat was arrested May 14 on a warrant charging him with theft of property and breaking or entering. Sheedy is accused to stealing a truck from a Calico Rock man in 2013, Sheedy remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond.
Tyler Dale Smith, age 29 of Beebe was arrested May 15 on the felony charge of sexual assault-fourth degree involving sexual misconduct with an underage female. Smith remains in the Izard County Detention in lieu of $10,000 bond
A Calico Rock pair, Jordon Randal Meadows, age 23 and Amanda Paige Buck, age 25 were arrested May 13 following an altercation. Both were charged with domestic battering third degree. Meadows and Buck were released after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller
Matthew Galloway, age 28 of Trumann was arrested May 14 on felony failure to appear. Galloway remains in the Izard County Detention; Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.
Dale Shayne Taylor was arrested May 13 on a parole/probation hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.
Travis Lee Cagle, age 36 of Calico Rock was arrested may 13 for obstruction of governmental operations and placed on a probation/parole hold without bond
Marcel Vandenburg, age 49 of Sidney was arrested Saturday on charge of domestic battering third degree. Vandenburg appeared before District Judge David E. Miller on Sunday, was released with a court date.
Dustin Sanders, age 33 of Calico Rock was arrested Friday for violating Arkansas hot check law. Sanders posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $60 cash.
Nacona Amber Kinkead, age 32 of Zion was arrested May 14 of violating Arkansas hot check law and was released that day after posting a $100 cash bond.
Kathy Mae Pannell, age 55 of Melbourne was arrested Saturday and placed on a criminal investigative hold
Felix Gene Costilow, age 55 of Gepp was arrested May 11 on the charge of drinking in public. Costilow posted bond the following day in the amount of $220 and released with a court date.
Robert Joseph Smoke, age 54 of Lakeview was arrested May 12 on charges of driving left of center, driving while intoxicated – second offense, and having no liability insurance. Smoke posted bond the following day in the amount of $2,035, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given a court date.
Anna Hernandez, age 39 of Melbourne was arrested Sunday after Conway Miller reported that he had taken his vehicle without his permission. Hernandez was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and no driver’s license. She remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,315 bond.
Ricky Dean Hagler, age 37 of Fair Grove, Missouri was arrested May 14 for driving on a suspended license. Hagler posted bond the day of his arrested in the amount $195 cash, released, and given a court date.
Joseph Raymond Lee, age 31 of Brockwell was arrested May 11 for driving on a suspended license. Lee posted a $365 bond the day of his arrest, released from the Izard County Detention Facility, and given a court date.
James Franklin Wynne, age 47 of Etowah, Arkansas was arrested May 13 on the charge of failure to pay fines. Wynne appeared May 15 before District Judge David E. Mille, was released, and given a court date.
Tammy Lynn Martinez, age 38 was arrested May 15 for failing to play fines. Martinez posted a $791 cash bond the day of her arrest, was released, and given a court date.
