        NACONA KINKEAD                    JIMMY LEWALLEN


Jimmy John Lewallen, age 32 of Knob Creek Road, Melbourne is accused of stealing a motorcycle and residential burglary several months ago and has been on the run ever since. He was recently returned to Izard County from Oklahoma. Lewallen is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

James Prah, age 43 of Old Larkin Road , is accused of two counts  of domestic battery and one count of battery third degree   Prah  was arrested July 11 after his girlfriend said that assaulted her, her son and a friend. Prah will be required to appear a judge his released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

In another domestic arrest, Shona Marie Crouch, age 37 of Main Street Melbourne is accused of hitting her husband with a box.  Crouch is also charged with possession of a controlled substance when she brought her purse into the jail containing clonazepam . Bond for Crouch was set at $1,250. 

In still another domestic arrest, Mike Edward Elinburg, age 39 of Proctor is charged following a July 11 situation with his son. Elinburg remains in the Izard County Detention in lieu of $1,120 bond.

Nacona Amber Kinkead, age 32 of Easy K Road was arrested July 9 for possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia for the purpose to ingest meth. Kinkead remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 bond.Michael Dale Vaile, age 21 of Oxford was arrested July 11 on charges of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. Vaile remains in the Izard County Detention; Facility  in lieu of $1,470 bond.

A Horseshoe Bend man, 20 year old Bradley Greer was arrested July 7 on a petition to revoke probation. Greer remains in the Detention Facility without bond.

In another petition to revoke probation, Noel James Loosey of Oxford was arrested July 8 

A Calico Rock man, Daniel Killian age 20 was arrested July 11 and charged  with driving while intoxicated-drugs, failure to stop after an accident, having no insurance and no vehicle registration. Killian was released after posting a $1.405 bond.

Thomas David Curtis, age 65 of Brockwell was arrested July 11 on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Curtis later posted bond in the amount of $1,610 and was released. In a companion arrest, Barbara Leeann Baty, age 45 also of Brockwell was charred with public intoxication. Baty posted a $220 bond and was released.

Christopher Ross Howell, age 20 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for having no driver’s license on July 9 and later posted a $195 bond and released.
