PATRICK MCNEALY AUSTIN PATTERSON ROBERT LANGFORD
Chad Taylor, age 35 of Oxford was arrested around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday on charges of driving while intoxicated, having no vehicle insurance, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Taylor posted bond later in the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,065, released from the Izard County Detention Facility ad given a September 3 court date. Christopher Trent Brannen, age 38 of Austin was arrested September 1 on a felony failure to warrant. Brannen is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a cash bond in the amount of $10,000. Brannen is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on August 15. Bradley Troy McNealy, age 43 was jailed September 1 on a probation/paroled hold of the Arkansas Department of Correction. McNealy is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility with no bond. Three Izard County Detention Facility inmates, according to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, who were awaiting bed space in the Arkansas Department of Correction has been transported to a state institution. These inmates are Patrick Russell McNealy, age 25 of Guion , Austin Spencer Patterson, age 21 and Robert Langford age 34 of Melbourne. Another Izard County inmate who was arrested August 27 on failure to appear warrant has appeared before District Judge David E. Miller has been released to Missouri Matthew Blake Galloway, age 28 of Mountain Home was transited August 2.
