A Mt. Olive couple were arrested October 21 on a warrant of accusing them of criminal trespass. Michael Eugene Williams, age 52 and Melissa Marie Williams, age 46 are accused of entering a double wide mobile home near their residence and apparently were staying there at least some of the time. Sheriff Lawrence said his department had been called to the Williams’ residence several times in the last few months. The sheriff noted that the couple’s physical appearance had drastically changed during the past few months. Both remain in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $500 cash bond each.

Antonio Sanchez IV, age 26 of Calico Rock was arrested Friday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication after deputies received a complaint that Sanchez was at the Calico Rock Medical Center acting strangely. . Sanchez, according to Sheriff Lawrence has had frequent encounters with local law enforcement. Sanchez remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2590 bond with a December 10 court date.

A Siloam Springs woman, Baley, Jane Yoho. Age 20 Thursday evening on charges of reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance- two counts, and disorderly conduct. Yoho posted a $2,935 the day of her arrest, was released from the Izard County Detention Facility with a December 17 court date.

Christopher Blake Williams, age 21 of Norfolk was arrested early Saturday morning following a traffic stop on charges of careless driving and driving while intoxicated. Williams posted bond the night of his arrest in the amount of $990, released from the Izard County Detention Facility and given a December 17 court date.

Cody Lynn Springer, age 22 of Oxford was jailed October 20 for violating his probation out of Izard County District Court. Springer was accused of consuming alcohol and drugs which was in violation of his probation. District Judge David E. Miller ordered Springer incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Facility for a period of 120 days.

A Horseshoe Bend man, twenty nine year old William Anthony Kitts who was being held in the Stone County Jail with an Izard County hold was jailed in Izard County on October 21 and is being held in lieu of $220 cash bond on the charge o fleeing on foot.

Steven Bowen, age 34 of Heber Springs was arrested October 20 on failure to appear charges and was released October 22 after appearing in Izard County District Court. Bowen was transferred to Independence County to answer the charge of failure to pay fines.

Harold Eugene Climer, age 51 of Little Rock was arrested Friday on a failure to pay fines warrant. Climer remains in the Izard County Detention with a $765 Horseshoe Bend cash bond with a court date of December 8.

A Marked Tree man, thirty seven year old Danny Wayne Smith was arrested October 22 on a warrant for non-child support. Smith remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond and a scheduled circuit court date of November 12.
