Members of Cub Scout Pack 316 of Melbourne visited the Izard County Detention Facility and court room the night of November 8 with their leader Eric Booth. The visit included a brief orientation of the criminal justice system, and district court room, and a portion of the jail. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the group was most attentive and showed a great deal of interest.
