NATASHA MILLER JIMMY LEWALLEN
A Melbourne woman, Natasha Dawn Miller was arrested Friday on a warrant accusing her of delivery of a controlled substance on three separate occasions. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said the thirty eight year old allegedly sold hydrocodone pills to an undercover operative near a church in Melbourne. Charges against Miller include delivery on a schedule II narcotic-three counts and distribution of the controlled substance near a certain facility. Miller has a circuit court date of February 1.
Jimmy John Lewallen, age 33 of Melbourne was arrested January 17 on a theft of property charge and a petition to revoke probation/parole and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond. Deputy Cody Cruse was the arresting officer.
Angela Sanders, age 35 of Melbourne was arrested Friday on a warrant accusing her of failing to stop after an accident and driving on a cancelled license. Sanders remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bond and has a court date of February 2. Lt. Charles Melton was the arresting officer.
An Oxford couple, Christina Ann Copes, age 33 and Timothy Gene Copes age 36 were arrested January 18 after they appeared at the sheriff’s office and their automobile was searched. Marijuana was located in the vehicle and it was determined that a protection order had been served on Timothy Copes. Christina Copes, charged with possession of a controlled substance, was released the following day after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller. Timothy Copes, charged with possession of a controlled substance and violating a protection order remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $3,240 bond. Both have a court date of February 16. Deputy Jaden Whitfield was the arresting officer.
Charles Reed, age 36 of Melbourne was arrested January 17 on a Stone County warrant and was transported to Mountain View the day of his arrest. Sgt. Mark Simino was the arresting officer.
A Horseshoe Bend woman, identified as Tammy Lynn Woodhall was arrested January 15 on the charge of public intoxication. The 50 year old Woodhall was released the day of her arrest and given a March 7 Horseshoe Bend court date. Deputy Mike Foster was the arresting officer.
Jeremy Wayne Bryson, age 33 of Oxford was arrested January 16 on a Conway County warrant and was transported the day of his arrest.
John Edward Reese, age 38 of Bald knob was arrested January 14 on warrants of failure to appear and contempt. Reese was released by court order January 17. Deputy D. J. Tiernan was the arresting officer.
Devin Newton, age 38 of Franklin was jailed January 17 on a circuit court commitment order and was released January 22 after serving her commitment time.
A 69 year old Horseshoe Bend man, Lester Stephenson Jr., was arrested early morning January 22 charges of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Stephenson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $990 bond and has a Horseshoe Bend court date of March 2. Deputy R. C. Lenex was the arresting officer.
Amos Parnell, age 39 of Pineville was jailed January 21 on a 48 hour hold by the Arkansas Department of Community Correction.
Following a report of a domestic altercation in Calico Rock involving a male and female, Kyle James Tilley, age 19 of Jordan was arrested January 21on the charge of domestic battering third degree. Tilley remains in the Izard County Detention Facility pending an appearance before a judge and has a court date of February 16. Deputy Code Cruse was the arresting officer.
Timothy Scott Derrickson, age 38 of Melbourne was arrested January 19 on a probation/parole hold and was later transported to Sharp County.
Maurice Jordan Moser, age 25 of Mt. Pleasant was arrested January 19 on a petition to revoke probation and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility without bond. Deputy Dennis Hutchins was the transport officer.
Colter Vanhorn, age 25 of Mt. View was arrested January 20 on a failure to appear warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,700 cash bond. Vanhorn has a court date of February 2. Vanhorn was transported by Deputy Dennis Hutchins.
