Charles Allen Tharp age 29 was arrested on February 14 for possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance (Hydrocodone) , possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to ingest methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to prepare, store or conceal methamphetamine, being in possession of a reported stolen vehicle, and fleeing from the vehicle. Tharp posted a 35,000 bond and is to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on March 22, 2017. In a related incident Leann B. Perry age 33 of Pocahontas was arrested on February 14 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to ingest methamphetamine a class D felony and possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia ,to test , analyze, pack, repack , store, contain or conceal methamphetamine a class b felony. Perry was released on a 15,000 bond and given a March 22, court date in Izard County Circuit Court On Feb 17, Tabatha K. Wagner age 27 was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled substance. Wagner bonded on a 2,070 bond and is to appear in Horseshoe Bend district court on April 4. In another case Courtney Tara Clayton age 21 was arrested for public intoxication, obstruction of Governmental operations on February 17, 2017. Clayton also has a warrant out of Sharp and Lawrence counties. Clayton posted a 4,840 bond and is to appear in Horseshoe Bend District court on April 4th.
