MELODY HOWELL KENNETH SMITH
According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, on November 25, Latina Marie Kurtley age 44 of Cave City was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for failure to pay fines. Kurtley was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Kurtley is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Count on December 14.
On November 23, Melody Renee Howell age 25 of Mt. Pleasant was charged with no driver’s license, DWI Drugs, hold for probation and patrol, endangering the welfare of minor and possession of a controlled substance. Howell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $3310 bond. Hollowell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District on December 14.
On November 23, Zachoria Odell Henry age 21 of Mt Pleasant was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for failure to appear. Henry was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Henry is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on November 30.
On November 22, Heath Earl Freeman age 28 was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for possession of Drug paraphernalia. Freeman was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1120 bond. Freeman is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14. On November 26, Kenneth Douglas Smith age 44 of Sage was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for terroristic threatening 2nd degree, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and domestic battering 3rd degree. Smith is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center waiting to see the Judge. Smith is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on December 14.
