According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on March 12, Lisa Brower, age 29 of Blythville, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for possession of drug paraphernalia. She also has a hold for Fulton County on a misdemeanor warrant for various charges. Brower's bond was set at $1,120 professional and a court date of April 9 in the Izard County District Court.

On March 12, Raybourne Johnson, age 47 of Oxford, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for criminal mischief. Johnson's bond was set at $500 cash with a court date of April 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On March 16, Cecila Taylor, age 35 of Oxford, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan for domestic battery. Taylor was given an OR bond with a court date of May 7 in the Izard County District Court.

On March 18, John Slater, age 58 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for driving left of center, fictitious license plate, DWI, and refusal to submit. Slater's bond was set at $1,335 with a court date of May 21 in the Izard County District Court.
