According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. 

 

Ricky Lake, 45 of Imboden, was arrested on July 22nd for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court. 

 

Kyle Burch, 37 of Spearville KS, was arrested on July 23rd for domestic battery 3rd degree. 

 

Kellyn Smoot, 39 of Viola, was arrested on July 24th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear. 

 

Caleb Scroggs, 23 of Melbourne, was arrested on July 25th for careless driving and driving on a suspended driver's license.  

 

Adam Stacy, 29 of Batesville, was arrested on July 25th for a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for failure to appear. 

 

James McGouirk, 34 of Melbourne, was arrested on July 26th for probation violations.  

 

Isaac Lung, 19 of Sage, was arrested on July 27th for possession of open container of alcohol, possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DUI. 

 

Jonathan Lynn, 31 of Long Lane MO, was arrested on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for theft of property and a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
