According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Randy Loosey, 59 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 11 for driving on a suspended driver's license and fictious vehicle license.

Jacob Langston, 38 of Marshall, was arrested on September 11 for parole violations.

Sabrina McQuay, 30 of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on September 11 for driving on a suspended driver's license, no vehicle license, and no proof of insurance. 

Amber Julian, 39 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 12 on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for interference with custody.

Joseph Hanks, 31 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 12 on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for interference with custody

Ricardo Garza ,44 of Batesville was arrested on September 14th on an FTA out of District Court.

Justin Wilson, 44 of Violet Hill was arrested on September 15th on pending charges related to criminal mischief.

Kevin Davis, 39 of Benton was arrested on September 16th for driving on suspended license and for failure to pay fines

Ricardo Garza ,44 of Batesville was arrested on September 14th on an FTA out of District Court.
