According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Roger Dockins, 74 of Oxford, was arrested on November 12th for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Gregory Wildin, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on November 13th with three counts of failure to comply with the sex offender registry. Wildin has also been charged as a habitual offender.

Devin Cossey, 32 of Franklin, was arrested on November 15th for careless driving, no seat belt, and DWI.

Lee Hagen, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on November 15th for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Trica Melvin, 32 of Melbourne, was arrested on November 15th for theft of property.

Michael Abbott, 57 of Oxford, was arrested on November 16th for criminal trespass and theft of property.
