According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. 

 

Michael Nails, 63 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 7th for possession of a controlled substance. 

 

Blake Chadwick, 33 of Russellville, was arrested on April 7th for probation violations. 

 

Michael Upton, 69 of Guion, was arrested on April 7th for public intoxication. 

 

Robert Rice, 47 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 7th for domestic battery 3rd degree, false imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a minor, and resisting arrest.  

 

Kagni Gillihan, 39 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 8th for DWI.  

 

Amy Smith, 47 of Violet Hill, was arrested on April 9th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

Kaden Williams, 20 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 12th for underage possession of alcohol. 

 

Meili Delargy, 19 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 12th for underage possession of alcohol. 

 

Justin Wilson, 44 of Violet Hill, was arrested on April 12th for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.  

 

David Rogers, 20 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 13th pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance. 

 

Jennifer Leonard, 22 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 13th pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
