According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, on April 4, David Wayne Taylor age 23 of Mtn. Home was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and criminal mischief 1st degree. Taylor was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and transferred to Baxter County. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On April 3, Richard Thomas Brown age 59 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Gabe Sanders for terroristic threatening, criminal trespass, careless driving, no driver’s license and possession of marijuana. Brown was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $250 cash bond. Brown is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

 

On April 7, Amanda Michelle Guy was arrested by Deputy Geoffrey Watts for Driving on suspended drivers license. Guy was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Guy is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12.

 

On April 6, Johnathan Joseph Johnson age 26 of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Mike Smith for Domestic Battery 3rd degree. Johnson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $1000 cash bond. Johnson is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 10.

 

On April 6, Justin Lee Clough age 32 of Brockwell was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for domestic battery 3rd degree, terroristic threatening 2nd degree and criminal mischief. Clough is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center waiting to see the judge. Clough is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12.

 

On April 5, Sharron Kay Edwards was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for DWI drugs, leaving the scene of accident and careless driving. Edwards was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $1255 bond. Edwards is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on May 10.

 

On April 2, Billy Joe Chance age 31 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchins for failure to pay fines and failure to pay child support. Chance was incarcerated in the izard County Detention Center and bonded on a $2000 cash bond. Chance is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on May 3.

 

On April 2, Brandy Rochelle Hughes age 29 of Mtn. Home was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for forgery 2nd degree. Hughes is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond. Hughes is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on April 25.

 

On April 4, Eric Edward Booth age 41 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Jaden Whitfield for possession of controlled substance and DWI. Booth is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $2185 bond. Booth is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 26.

On April 4, Larry Joe Herring was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for failure to appear in felony court and contempt of court. Herring is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center with no bond. Herring is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on April 25.

 

On April 8, Alex Douglas Hodges age 22 of Salem was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for driving left to center, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hodges was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and given a OR bond. Hodges is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on April 12.
