According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley on August 26, Sandy D. Otero age 34 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Richard Crowe for failure to appear. Otero was incarcerated and given an OR bond. Otero is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on September 6.

 

On August 26, Deunrae Livingston age 27 of Dumas was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for failure to appear. Livingston was given an OR bond.

 

On August 25 Eren Edwards age 18 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for Domestic Battery. Edwards is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention center Edwards is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on September 20.

 

On August 26 Randoll Yancey age 49 of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Evan Jones for DWI, Yancey was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and bonded on $2110 cash Bond. Yancey is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court on October 11.

 

On August 23 Nichols Adam Staggs age 52 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for Driving on Suspended. Staggs was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention and bonded on a $365 cash bond. Staggs is scheduled to appear September 6 in Izard County District court.

 

On August 20 James Arthur Hix age 61 of Melbourne was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear. Hix was given an OR bond and is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on October 4.
