WEEKLY REPORT JUNE 3-9

     According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On June 3 Montgomery Rice age 31 of Batesville was arrested by Deputy Steve Davidson for failure to Appear in Izard County Circuit Court. Rice is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Rice is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court June 25.

 

   On June 3, Shelbie Hollowell age 19, of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for No Drivers License, failure to pay registration, no insurance. Hollowell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted $685.00 bond.  Hollowell is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court June 20.

 

  On June 6, Shelbie Hollowell age 19, of Melbourne was arrested by Arkansas State Police for DWI-Drugs, No Driver’s License, Careless and Prohibited Driving, Insurance required. Hollowell was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a bond of $1,455.00. Hollowell is schedule to appear in District Court July 25.

 

  On June 4, Robert Ramey age 41 of Pineville was arrested by DTF Officer Geoffrey Watts for Possession of Controlled substance meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia manufacture controlled substance. Ramey was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a $25,000.00 bond. Ramey is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court June 26.

 

    On June 8, Johnny Cox age 41, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy DJ Tiernan for Failure to Appear Theft of Property. Cox was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a cash bond $100.00. Cox is schedule to appear in the Izard County District Court June 20.

 

  On June 8, Barry McCoy age 42, of Yellville was arrested by Deputy J. Barnes for Failure to Appear. McCoy was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a cash bond of$250.00. McCoy is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court June 20.

 

  On June 8, Mellisa Traversie age 37, of Pineville was arrested by Arkansas State Police Trp. Lively for Driving on suspended, driving vehicle without registration, No insurance. Traversie is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $855.00 bond. Traversie is scheduled to Appear in Izard County District Court July 8.  

 

  On June 9, Samantha Cox age 35, of Melbourne was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for Violation of Arkansas Hot Check Law.  Cox is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of cash bond of $383.46. Cox is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court June 20.
