According to Sheriff Earnie Blackley, On July 8 David Miller age 30, of Cherokee was arrested by Deputy JJ Thomas for Driving with Suspended License and was transported to Izard County Detention Center. Miller posted a bond of $385.00. Miller is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on August 8.

 

   On July 8, Genea Synder age 58, of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Steve Davidson for Theft. Synder was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center. Synder posted cash bond of $500.00.  Synder is scheduled to appeared in Izard County District Court July 11.

 

  On July 10, John Gray age 82, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Deputy Nick Taylor for Battery. Gray was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and was given an OR bond. Grays is scheduled to appear in the Horseshoe Bend Court August 6.

 

 On July 9, James Loosey age 54, of Calico Rock was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Probation Violation. Loosey is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of $7500.00 bond. Loosey is awaiting extradition to Missouri.

 

  On July 12, Kinser Tosh age 19, of Floral was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for possession of Alcohol by Minor. Tosh was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a bond of $320.00. Tosh is scheduled to appear in Izard County District Court July 25.

 

 On July 12, Reggie Taylor age 42 of Harrisburg was arrested by Deputy Dennis Hutchinson for Failure to Appear. Taylor is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court July 25.

 

 On July 12, Jessica Tackett age 26, of Batesville was arrested by Arkansas State Police Trp. Lively for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving with suspended License, Possession of Controlled substance marijuana. Tackett was issued a OR bond. Tackett is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court September 19.

 

 

 On July 13, Adam Johnson age 18, of Mount Pleasant was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for Driving on suspended license. Johnson was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and issued a OR bond.  Johnson is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court July 25.

 

 On July 14, Laci Taylor age 27, of Ward was arrested by Dennis Hutchins for Failure to Appear.  Jones is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center without bond. Taylor is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court August 13.

 

 On July 14, Larry Ramirez age 44, of Dolph was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Possession Control Substance, Operation of Vehicle without License plate, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Control Substance. Ramirez was incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center and posted a bond of $3,765.00. Ramirez is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court August 22.

 

 On July 14, Shanette Rittenberry age 27, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested by Arkansas State Police Trp. Lively for a warrant out of Fulton County. Rittenberry is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center awaiting Transport to Fulton County.
