According to Chief Deputy Charley Melton, on January 14, Clinton James Tinin, age 35 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for no vehicle license, no proof of insurance, violation of interlock device, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was made after a traffic stop in Calico Rock. After Tinin's arrest, Sgt. Smith inventoried the vehicle prior to it being towed. Later during the day two different residents in Calico Rock reported break-ins and thefts. Lists of the missing items were gathered deputies by and they matched items that were in Tinin's vehicle. As a result of this and other information gathered during the investigation, Tinin was also charged with two counts of theft of property, a class "D" felony, residential burglary, a class "B" felony, and breaking or entering, a class "D" felony. On the misdemeanor charges Tinin was given a bond of $3,010 with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court. On the felony charges his bond was set at $5,000 with a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 16, Edward Prado, age 30 of Wideman, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for failure to register a vehicle, no proof of insurance, no driver's license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. As a result of the traffic Prado was found not to be in compliance with his sex offender registration. Prado was also charged with failure to register or verify sex offender registration, a class "C" felony. Prado's bond was set at $10,000 with a court date for misdemeanor charges of February 20 in the Izard County District Court and February 18 for the felony charges in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 14, Sharleen Johnston, age 58 of Brockwell, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a warrant for theft of property. Johnston's bond was set at $500 with a court date of January 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 14, Tyler Oconner, age 24 of Marcella AR, was arrested by Deputy Sean Tomlinson for driving on a suspended driver's license. Oconner's bond was set at $365 with a court date of February 20 in the Izard County District Court. 

On January 16, Caleb Goodman, age 29 of Evening Shade, was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Goodman's bond was set at $500 with a court date of January 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 16, Terry Foster, age 53 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Tiernan for possession of a controlled substance. Foster's bond was set at $1,250 with a court date of February 20 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 16, Gerald Valenzuela, age 36 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for DWI, and possession of a controlled substance. Valenzuela's bond was set at $200 with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 16, Richard Valenzuela, age 58 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Webb for possession of drug paraphernalia. Valenzuela was given an OR bond with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 16, Shonda Branscum, age 50 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Trooper Lively for possession of a controlled substance. Branscum's bond was set at $100 with a court date of February 20 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 16, Amy Bevins, age 33 of Melbourne, was arrested by Deputy Rusty Ford for driving left of center, driving on suspended, and DWI. Bevins' bond was set at $200 with a court date of February 20 in the Izard County Court.

On January 17, Robert Ramey, age 41 of Dolph, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson on a warrant for failure to appear. Ramey is being held on no bond with a court date of February 18 in the Izard County Circuit Court.

On January 17, Patrick Bryce Hutchins, age 23 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith on a warrant for cruelty to an animal and criminal mischief warrant on a case from October 2019 where a cow was found deceased from a gunshot wound off of Tate Road in Melbourne. Hutchins' bond was set at $2,000 with a court date of January 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 17, Jay Massey, age 56 of Calico Rock, was arrested by Deputy Jason Jordan on a warrant for two counts of harassment. Massey's bond was set at $5,000 with a court date of January 23 in the Izard County District Court.

On January 17, David Dewitt, age 34 of Cave City, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for driving on a suspended driver's license. Dewitt's bond was set at $365 with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court.   

On January 19, Thomas Turner, age 29 of Sage, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Smith for careless driving, no tail lights, DWI, and possession of a controlled substance, Turner's bond was set at $2,225 with a court date of February 6 in the Izard County District Court.
